What to eat before a workout?
For a workout, you need to eat something light and well balanced. Another rule you should follow is to choose foods high in fiber, because it is more acceptable and we provide training. Ideally combined food both macronutrients, carbohydrates and proteins.
What not to eat
All foods rich in fat and too heavy for too long in the stomach, indigestion.
Additionally, make this kind of heavy and slow digestion driving too much blood to the stomach for digestion process and may result in abdominal cramps and pain.
When should I eat?
Eating too much food minutes before exercise can lead to reduced performance or cause indigestion us, heaviness, nausea and vomiting.
On the other hand, if too many hours we ate there last time, it is likely that we feel weak and unmotivated, time is very important.
